Why you want a bike out here
Sri Thanu and neighbouring Haad Yao are spread along the coast road, and the yoga studios, restaurants and beaches aren't all walking distance from each other. A scooter makes the whole west side easy, and Thong Sala is a short ride away for anything you can't find locally.
